HOITTGROUP is seeking investors, sponsors, advertisers and donations to facilitate the construction of an exciting and profitable ice & turf center in St. George, UT.
​
A total of $18 million is needed to construct and open the ZIGLOO Ice & Turf Center.
​
Contributions in the form of an investment will result in an owner's stake in the business with negotiable equity. We are also looking to procure funding through contractual naming rights of the center in addition to advertising commitments and philanthropic donations.

JOHN CROSIER - HOITT Managing Partner
John attended Southern Utah University and earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a minor in political science. He has lived in St. George for the past 28 years. Mr. Crosier is a financial advisor. He has been playing hockey for 35 years.

MIKE ENGLAND - HOITT Managing Partner
Mike attended Salt Lake Community College and has been a St. George resident for 10 years. Mr. England makes his living as a graphic designer, was instrumental in the success of the Dixie Igloo, and has 45 years of skating experience as a hockey player, coach, director, and referee.
JOE MIDDIONE - Willowood USA COO
Joe graduated from the University of Buffalo and is a 40-year veteran of the crop protection chemical industry. Mr. Middione moved to St. George from California 4 years ago and is a former club hockey player and a serial entrepreneur.
MATT MIDDIONE, Ph.D. - Stanford University Scientist
Matt holds a PhD from UCLA and previously worked for General Electric programming MRI machines. Dr. Middione has lived in St. George since 2016 after growing up in California playing youth roller hockey and ice hockey on a travel club team.
